The Southpaw-Comics Story

 

It started with an idea and a little spark of inspiration to jumpstart the creativity of two, and light a passionate fire inside of them so strong that it would lead us here. In 2002, two best friends Josh and Jared created their own superhero universe with their original creations of Tiger-Man and Hyper. Through the years, and as we grew up, this universe developed and grew with us. Now, the Special Defense Unit is up to a four-book-long series! Everything we have made is out of pocket and out of an intense passion for what we have, and we honed our storytelling and world-building skills over these many years to bring you a new and fantastic superhero novel series! So please stay with us on this journey that we’re embarking on to bring you all-new superheroes and supervillains, "UNITE!" with the Special Defense Unit!
